Puzzle comes in a small 6x8 or so box with instructions and pieces inside a sealed bag. Pieces are plastic and a cross between lego and tinker toys. Instructions appear pretty detailed to help you along the way, especially for beginners to this puzzle style like me. I like that the puzzle pieces appear as the photos and are easily identifiable. This looks like something that can be done on a rainy afternoon if you wanted. Overall, this is a really unique puzzle with pieces I've not worked with before and am finding it easy to assemble. Value is good for the price too.

I have an obsession with building kits. Imagine building a fully articulated skeleton hand, curled around a deep red rose.. This piece is sublime. Easy to build, the instructions are slightly lacking in some of the illustrations because it sometimes shows the pieces for the step and then the final piece without the "exploded" view that some other manufacturers supply. It was never impossible, just required turning the piece to perfectly match orientation to the picture to make sure pieces were placed in the right spot. My part puller came in handy once or twice. Overall a really fun build, perfect aesthetic for spooky season, or a great addition to a goth room.

Beautifully made
